Payment Terms
- A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival (cash only). The deposit will be refunded in full in cash at check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
- Children of all ages are welcome. (Cots available on request and subject to availability for children aged 0–3 years) – free of charge.
- Changes and cancellations are allowed up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date. After this period, the amount paid is non-refundable and will be retained as a penalty.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Stripe, Nexi (on-site only).
- Reservations must be made at least 5 days prior to the check-in date.
- Minimum stay requirements: 7 nights

A €500 cash security deposit is required upon arrival. This amount will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation.
